This is before the kitchen remodeling project was started. The new kitchen features maple cabinets. Some kraftmaid cabinets were used to speed the kitchen remodeling along. Also kraftmaid doesn't offer true custom made cabinets as some of the cabinets in the following pictures are custom built to suit the needs of the home owners.

The tile floor was removed and replaced with a Daltile product by the name of french quarter, the color is Mardi Gras 3103 laid in a true ramndom pattern. The stairs have a nice mitered edge to give a better flow to the tile.

The countertops are an Avanza product, the color is San Marcos 023. The edges are a combination of bull nose while the island countertop has an ogee edge. The sink is stainless steel under mount type.

We also added lots of lighting to create a warm atmosphere. There is under thes counter lighting, rope lighting above some of the cabinets, spot lighting under caninets and recessed lighting.

A tankless hot water heater was added to create new pantry space.

Furdowns were removed to add flow. Columns were added. The refrigerator was relocated to the existing pantry area. We relocated the oven, stove top and dishwasher as well.
